AGI refers to a machine's ability to understand, learn, and apply intelligence across a broad range of tasks at or above human level — as opposed to narrow AI.

AGI 与窄 AI（Narrow AI）相对，强调跨领域通用、迁移学习、自主学习、常识推理。争议点：定义不统一、评估标准模糊、是否需要新架构、风险与治理。OpenAI、DeepMind、Anthropic 等均将 AGI 列为长期目标。
